OUR HISTORY
A. Denault Construction takes its origins in the efforts of a building contractor based in Beloeil, Quebec, Armand Denault, trade carpenter, who triggered his first housing project in 1960 under the name of Armand Denault Construction.
On a twenty-year period, he will build more than 450 single-family homes. His obsession for excellence confers to his houses such a reputation that many years later, real estate brokers still refer to these properties as Denault houses as a top-quality standard.
In 1990, Claude, Armand’s son, a professional civil engineer, takes over and carries out single-family projects on the Montreal island territory and its south shore adding up more than 700 units.
Also involved in the commercial and industrial field, A. Denault Construction was engaged among others by the Canadian Mortgage and Housing Corporation in the overhauling of repossessions, also by National Defence housing on military bases not to count many senior housing projects maintenance. Since 1998, A. Denault Construction is intensively involved in after damage construction works with the insurance industry.
In accordance with its mission statement, A. Denault Construction pursues its development in the Montreal region by basing its operation philosophy on a top-quality standard and ultimately total satisfaction of its clientele needs.
